Fantastic day at the Cambridge Sword Series on the 2nd March.

Cambridge Sword was particularly proud of its young fencers who competed in their first national event especially Kabi, Grace, Henry, Joeseph and Alistair for their enthusiasm throughout their first national event. A huge well done to all of our older fencers too. Their performance not only showcased the club's strong youth program but also highlighted the potential of fencing as a dynamic and accessible sport.

The event would not have been possible without the tireless efforts of the coaches and referees. Many of them traveled long distances to support the event, and their expertise ensured a fair and exciting competition. Their dedication to the sport and their commitment to providing a positive experience for all participants were invaluable.

Finally, the club would like to thank all the participants for showcasing their skills and representing their clubs with pride. The event was a celebration of fencing, and it is hoped that it will inspire even more young people to take up the sport. The camaraderie, sportsmanship, and passion displayed by all involved made the event a truly memorable experience.
