Cambridge Sword, the largest foil fencing club in Cambridgeshire. Led by head coach Sarah Paveley and a team of experienced, enthusiastic coaches, the club provides fencing for young people aged 6 to 18. We offer a variety of programs for all levels of fencers, from those who want to learn a new skill, to fencers who love the social aspect and fun to those who aspire to compete at national and international level. 

Our coaches are passionate about teaching the sport of fencing and helping our athletes reach their full potential. We offer group classes, individual lessons, sparring sessions, squad training, holiday camps as well as national ranking competitions.

We also provide after school fencing programmes to several state and  private schools in Cambridge.

Our main club sessions for intermediate to advance fencers run on Mondays 5-7pm and Wednesdays 5.30-7.30pm with extra sparring on Wednesdays 7.30-8.30pm.
After school club sessions run during the week and beginners sessions run during the week and weekend.
